| my R.A. just informed my friends and me about how there are freshmen who are gonna be living in our UPPERCLASSMEN dorm because rutgers accepted way too many people this year. but instead of actual rooms, they are putting the freshmen in the 1st floor and 4th floor closed lounges. these lounges have a balcony (that's not accessible but last year some big fat guy crawled through one of the windows and got access, the window isn't fixed yet) and they added four beds, four desks, and eight dressers. that is fucking crazy. i heard that some freshmen were put in a hotel in downtown new brunswick. and also all the main lounges in the freshmen dorm have been transformed into bedrooms (by adding only the beds and stuff above). the ONLY freshmen dorm that doesn't have it is campbell (my dorm frosh year) which is the dorm next to my current dorm. the hall director apparently fought against having it. because you know, it makes sense to put freshmen in an upperclassmen only dorm instead of a freshmen dorm. fuck you rutgers.
and on another note... there are 4 davids and 3 andrews on my floor. i just need to have 3 people who have my last name and it'll be complete. it's crazy. |

| last day at the job. a little bittersweet. tomorrow is the real start of my summer vacation. i'll be celebrating by extracting a wisdom tooth. and then back to rutgers on the 29th. |
